So…who are you and what is Boundless Audio?
I’m Sasha, the woman behind the Boundless Audio Podcast Network. Since 2010, I’ve been shaking things up in the creative industries. Outside of my day job as an HR professional for the federal government, I’ve been a trusted business strategist, especially for creative women, helping them navigate the wild world of entrepreneurship. In 2020, I jumped into the podcasting game and now host two fantastic shows: “Strategy for Creatives: Business Minus the Bullshit” and the lively “Swirl and Sip Podcast” alongside a talented co-host.
I’m driven by a powerful mission to uplift the voices of women, especially those who have been silenced throughout history—women of color and those in marginalized communities. As a proud Puerto Rican woman, I embrace my culture wholeheartedly and infuse it into everything I do.
When I’m not busy working on business, I’m all about family. I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart, and we have an amazing son who keeps us on their toes, three cats, and a puppy that keeps the house buzzing with love and laughter.
In my downtime, I like to kick back with some Harry Potter magic, immerse myself in captivating books, and satisfy my wanderlust through travel.
Created in 2022, the Boundless Audio Podcast Network (BA) is home to diverse shows with women at the lead! We support shows that are culturally conscious and are strong allies and advocates for creating spaces for voices within marginalized communities. Our network showcases an assortment of shows with a wide variety of topics.
BA has grown into a community that helps new and seasoned podcasters amplify their voices and do more with their shows. We offer free memberships to all new shows with the option for upgrades like audio and video editing, and sponsorship opportunities for those that want to support our network’s mission. We even have downloadable courses to help all podcasters grow their shows.
So what’s The Podcaster’s Digest?
The Podcaster’s Digest is a Boundless Audio’s newsletter where I’m sharing everything that’s happening in the podcasting world, news about industry events, and showcasing our member shows. Inside BA, we’re a community and support group for podcasters who don’t always have their voices heard. And I wanted to create a larger community around women and other marginalized groups’ voices. While the Digest will be mainly industry happenings, I’ll also share my own podcasting journey and some behind-the-scenes in running a podcast network (and life in general).
